The idea for this book was cultivated during a visit to the mall upon passing a booth that sold pet accessories. It seemed unnecessary for dogs to have all the extra items humans deemed necessary for them. From sweaters to shoes to goggles, it seemed the possibilities were endless, but did a dog really want or need any of these things?
Intended for dog lovers and owners of all ages, the book contains original writing and illustrations and is written from a dog’s point of view. It tells the stories of one dog and her friends as they provide a humourous commentary on things they consider to be important, compared to what humans may think they need or what they want to give them.
Accessories Not Included: A Dog’s Perspective on Fashion & Other Pursuits is a hand sewn and bound hardcover book.

The Carnival Cruise Lines new identity is derived from the idea of a passenger’s experience of planning a trip. As they look through the porthole, a window to the world on the sea, they see the strong and proud “C” resting peacefully on the waves.
Carnival is the largest cruise line in the world and their previous logo lacked memorability and did not showcase what the company offers. The redesign gives them more prominence in the industry and conveys escaping to another world; a world that escapes boredem and where adventure and fun await.

Flux magazine focuses on the joys that come with the changing seasons. Aimed at adult nature lovers who are young at heart, Flux encourages them to explore and build upon what nature has to offer. Flux is issused four times a year, once for each season and the cover features an image that embodies the current season as a whole. The nameplate conveys the meaning of flux: continuous movement, through the flow and connection of the letters.
Chasing Frosty, the first feature article of Flux magazine, takes a playful poke at rediscovering a great winter activity: building a snowman. Taking the Polar Plunge is the second feature article and looks at the popular but often under publicized winter event of polar bear swimming. Illustration is integrated with typography to give a whimsical feel and to capture the event in a unique way.

The redesign of President’s Choice brand herbs and spices packaging stemmed from the idea of creating a package that was both environmentally friendly as well as practical for storing the product. These packages are a friendly alternative to spice jars or pouches that do not stand up and fall over in an unorganized manner. The use of colour coding helps to differentiate between the herbs and spices and allows consumers to easily identify a certain product without reading the label. The boxes can be stored in an organized manner and are made from recycled paper.
A supplementary information card that the consumer can collect and make reference to was also produced, and provides more information about the herb or spice such as where it originated from and the types of foods it is typically used with.
