A poster that a part of a system for the Japanese Media Arts Festival. Astro Boy was used symbolically to not only to appeal to the target audience but to represent the progress and advancements of the Media Arts of today. The type was treated to resemble Tetris to reflect on the interactive arts as does Astro boy’s pixelated composition represents both Manga and Anime.
