Tracking my consumption, sleep, and exercise, this comprehensive infograph explores correlations between how much I eat everyday and how my weight fluctuates within that day.
During a two week period, I tracked everything I ate in grams of carbs, fat and protein, everything I drank in liters, and the calories that I burned. Everything was carefully tracked and later compiled to create the following infograph, from which correlations between the amount I eat and my weight, and less to do with the amount of exercise I had done during that time period.
